All items provided by PolyXGO are developed and reviewed for quality, performance, and compatibility with supported platforms. By purchasing or using any PolyXGO product, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and the Item Support Policy.

2. Support Coverage

Product support is available to verified customers through the official support channel or client portal. Support covers:

  • Assistance with reported bugs, errors, or installation issues

  • Help with bundled third-party resources included in the item

Support is provided within the standard response time defined on the support portal.

3. Support Exclusions

The following are not included in standard product support:

Custom work or additional feature requests may be discussed via ticket for a separate cost.

All future updates released by the author are included for customers with active licenses. Updates may include new features, optimizations, or security improvements.
PolyXGO reserves the right to discontinue older versions when major updates are released.

5. License and Usage Terms

Each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use according to the product’s license type (e.g., Regular, Extended, or SaaS).
You may not:
